As soon as you place an order with B&D Shoe Closet, here’s what you can expect:

 1. Order Confirmation

You’ll receive an email containing:

• Full order details (item, size, price)

• Order number

• Date of purchase

• Payment method

• Downloadable digital receipt

2. Processing

Typically takes between 2 and 7 days to process and prepare orders for shipment. 

3. Shipping & Tracking

Once the order is shipped (free on first order), you will receive a tracking number
